AMS’ Octavio Fast named among SIA’s ’40 Under 40′

20 July 2022 — Octavio Fast, VP of Sales and Operations at AMS, (formerly Alexander Mann Solution), has been named as one of Staffing Industry Analyst’s (SIA) '40 Under 40'.

The list recognises the most influential leaders in the under-40 age group who are important to the evolution of recruitment across the world. Octavio has been recognised for his achievements, ambition and leadership in advancing the staffing industry to the next level.

In his role, Octavio supports client services and operational delivery as they rapidly build and expand those teams in Latin America. He also plays a key role in supporting new client acquisition where he brings his expertise of the LATAM region into client discussions and solution design.

In the last two years, Octavio has led the significant expansion of the AMS team in Mexico, growing the headcount from 35 to over 200 team members. In the last 12 months, the operations in Mexico have grown by over 300% under Octavio’s leadership, supporting a variety of roles and functions across the Americas region, including client services, sourcing, administrative support, business intelligence, implementation and transformation, and technology advisory, among others.
