Senior Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Manager in the AMS DEIB Centre of Excellence, working to ensure that DEIB is central to AMS both within the organisation and in how we deliver to our clients.

I’ve been lucky to have had a varied career in DEIB, consulting, programme management, technology implementations, and occupational psychology, with a brief stint in China thrown in. I use my background as a Business Psychologist to address bias and barriers for underrepresented talent, creating fairness of opportunity and inclusion for all.
