Luke has been a valuable member of the AMS team since July 2019, providing strategic guidance and support to global clients in the development and implementation of their HR technology and business intelligence solutions.

As an expert in recruitment technology, including both emerging and established tools, Luke is skilled at leveraging agile project management techniques to optimize performance and drive success. In addition to his technical expertise, he also has a deep understanding of business intelligence and analytics, which allows him to design solutions that provide holistic support to TA teams.

Prior to joining AMS, Luke had over a decade of experience in the talent acquisition industry. He began his career in talent acquisition as a sourcer, scouting for potential candidates in various regions around the world. He then progressed to business analysis and talent technology enablement roles where he had a strong track record of success in developing and implementing technology-driven strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
