Global Director - Client Services

About me

I work for AMS, the world's leading talent acquisition and talent advisory organization. I have worked in professional services for talent for over 22 years, and as a people leader for over 16 years. My role is to partner with our clients and to provide leadership to our outstanding teams delivering recruiting services and consulting activities that support those clients.

As a neurodiversity ally, I am involved in our neurodiversity employee resource group at AMS and in 2023 I completed a Masters in Autism and related Neurodevelopmental conditions. I am passionate about playing my part in improving the working experiences of those who are neurodivergent.

I'm Irish, living in the UK, and have two school aged children. I find added joy in travelling and experiencing new places, cultures and people.
