Is 2024 the year HR and TA start to view Contingent Labor differently?

The use of contingent labor is going up. And it’s not surprising. After the massive hiring peaks and troughs of recent years, organizations need this flexibility in their workforce.

But that’s not the only driving factor. Faced with an increasingly challenging talent market, HR and TA leaders are starting to turn to contingent labor as a strategic enabler to help solve broader workforce issues.
