What’s working in ‘DEI Recruiting’? RecruitingDaily Podcast with William Tincup & Judy Ellis

Leading employers are challenging the status quo to improve their diversity recruitment outcomes. Long-held traditions that may no longer be fit for purpose are being examined and eliminated in favor of more inclusive ones, such as having a fixed location strategy when remote options are viable. This opens up opportunities to reach talent from underrepresented communities in new geographies.

Adaptability is key to creating more inclusive recruiting processes. My interview with William Tincup for the RecruitingDaily Podcast explores what’s working well, along with challenges I’ve seen when consulting on projects for our global clients.

I’ve really been impressed by some of the unique ways our clients have adapted around the globe to make their (recruitment) processes more inclusive.
