Technology without a business problem and technology without optimization will fail 99% of the time.

The world of HR technology has become a critical layer in a full enterprise tech stack. Each week the market floods with new tech springing up and navigating the market is really difficult. I don’t know about you, but I’ve never heard a bad sales pitch. I mean, I guess I’ve heard a few but they are few and far between sales pitches are designed to sound good. Our clients who are winning the race to the best technology solutions are the ones who are both investing time and effort to get to know the landscape, keeping up with new innovations and investing in optimizing their people and process around the technology solutions they buy. Technology without a business problem and technology without optimization will fail 99% of the time.

However, the center of gravity has now changed. Certainly, HCM systems are still necessary to run a company; but now employee experience and talent intelligence solutions are the technology layers that are most important for an effective HR infrastructure.
