Speaking at SHRM22 Conference – Diversity Communications Playbook

Excited to speak at the upcoming #SHRM22 conference in New Orleans on ways to create #DEI Comms that resonate with employees. In the meantime, I am sharing an article summarizing my presentation at SHRM’s #Inclusion21 Conference on practical ways to remove bias in recruiting. While it’s important to have hiring goals that include underrepresented talent, there’s often deeper work needed to have a real impact on recruitment. In this article, I share tips that TA leaders and hiring managers can implement to make candidate selection fair and inclusive.

If you are attending #SHRM22 in-person or virtually, I welcome you to join my session: Revamping Your DEI Playbook with Effective Employee Communications, Tuesday June 4th at 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM CT.
