Jo-Ann Feely
Chief Innovation Officer, AMS

Jo-Ann is responsible for ensuring that AMS develops market leading service propositions that leverage ongoing technology advancements and accelerate client success. Her role is to advise clients on their current and future Talent Acquisition challenges. AMS Innovation includes Talent Consulting, Early Careers and Campus, DEIB COE and AMS Skills Creation. With 30 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Jo joined AMS in 2001 and has played a significant role in growing and shaping the AMS business. Her previous roles within AMS include establishing and leading the Investment Banking sector and managing global complex outsourcing engagements for clients such as Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Deloitte.

Dr. Margaret Heffernan is an award-winning Author, TED Speaker, CEO and member of the SkillStack Faculty. Her TED talks have been watched by over 16 million people and her book Wilful Blindness was named as one of the most important business books of the decade by the Financial Times. Margaret is a member a Professor at Bath University, a member of the Thinkers 50 Hall of Fame and named as one of the “Top 100 Media Executives” by the Hollywood Reporter.

Rob is Founder and CEO of SkillStack, the next-generation leadership and skills development streaming platform delivered through storytelling. Prior to that, he co-led the MBO of Sigmar Recruitment before selling it to Groupe Adéquat, creating a billion Euro global recruitment group. He is also the founder of Talent Summit, one of the largest HR Leadership conference series in the world and the Boston College Business Council, one of the most respected transatlantic CEO networks.

Lorraine Culligan
Group Director of People and Culture, Primark

Lorraine oversees People and Culture, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Corporate Affairs across 80,000 employees in 460 stores spanning 17 markets for Primark. With over 25 years in retail, she joined Primark in 2005 as HR Manager and has since reshaped HR into "People and Culture," aligning with the company’s evolution. Appointed to Primark’s Board of Directors in 2017, she champions a people-first approach, fostering internal talent, leadership development, and a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and innovation.
