Does your leadership team reflect sufficient diversity?

As organisations accelerate their digital strategies, they will need a strong technology talent base to succeed but acquiring the right technology talent is a challenge. Companies that adopt strategies to attract and retain a more diverse and technology-savvy workforce, not only close the gap on acquiring talent, are far more likely to financially outperform less diverse companies.

A more diverse leadership team is important because;

  1. it increases the depth and breadth of experience and perspective,
  2. emerging leaders and top performers want to see themselves reflected in the people at the top, and
  3. a cohesive and diverse leadership team creates a greater sense of trust, engagement of the workforce, in turn boosting innovation and attracting top talent.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are strategic necessities, not special initiatives
