AMS Innovation meets rising talent advisory demand with acquisition of seasoned transformation experts

14 January 2022, Cleveland, OH — AMS (formerly Alexander Mann Solutions), a global provider of talent outsourcing and advisory services, announces the acquisition of talent transformation consulting firm, CnL Advisors.  Managing partners and talent experts, Bill Cleary and Stefan Lint, will join the AMS Talent Advisory Services leadership team to help drive growth in the Americas. 

With an ongoing evolution of workforce expectations and labor challenges, the AMS Innovation business continues to experience rising global demand for talent advisory and transformation services.  To add to a team of talent experts worldwide, the AMS Advisory Services team has acquired the experience and domain expertise of CnL Advisors to bolster the growth of AMS’s advisory capability in the US. 

Bill Cleary, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CnL Advisors joins AMS as Managing Director of Advisory for the Americas, where he will play a critical role in growing the Talent Advisory business. In this newly created leadership role, Bill will leverage his two decades of experience in working with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to enable their transformation journeys from top-tier advisory firms such as Deloitte and PWC, as well as serving as a senior faculty advisory for the Josh Bersin Academy.
