The Role
We are currently building a talent pipeline for future opportunities for French-speaking Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to join our Early Careers & Campus Recruitment team in Poland on a 6-month project assignment.
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality campus and early careers recruitment solutions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from vacancy consultation and attraction strategy through assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
Depending on experience level, you may also take a lead role in stakeholder consulting, coaching colleagues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting project delivery across the wider Early Careers function.
Key Accountabilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for early careers, graduate, internship, and campus hiring programmes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Lead intake meetings and provide guidance on recruitment strategy, market trends, and candidate availability.
- Collaborate with campus recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and assessment centre outcomes.
- Support hiring managers with candidate evaluation, selection decisions, and offer recommendations.
- Deliver recruitment activities in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Ensure onboarding milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Drive positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and key business stakeholders.
- Act as a recruitment advisor, providing market insights and best practice guidance.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams, coordinators, and shared service centres to ensure seamless delivery.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, governance discussions, and service reviews.
- Support attraction strategy discussions based on hiring demand and market conditions.
Team Collaboration & Development
Senior Recruiter
- Coach and mentor Recruiters and Coordinators on recruitment best practices and client culture.
- Share knowledge and promote continuous improvement across the team.
- Participate in or lead projects outside of day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and candidate experience.
Recruiter
- Support team knowledge sharing and collaborate closely with Coordinators and recruitment colleagues.
- Contribute to successful team delivery by maintaining high service and quality standards.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across ATS, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Monitor recruitment funnel performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, client requirements, and internal governance processes.
- Identify and escalate risks, compliance concerns, and process improvement opportunities.
- Support reporting requirements and recruitment analytics as needed.
Skills & Requirements
Essential Experience
Recruiter
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment environments.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
Senior Recruiter
- Significant recruitment experience within RPO, agency, or corporate talent acquisition environments.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment programmes and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to consult with hiring managers and influence recruitment decisions.
- Experience coaching junior team members, recruiters, or coordinators.
- Experience driving process improvements and service delivery excellence.

Language Requirements
- Fluent French (written and spoken).
