The Role
At AMS, we believe opportunities should be driven by skills, potential, and impact, not job titles. We are looking for a German-speaking Coordinator – Early Careers & Campus to support the delivery of graduate, intern, and apprentice hiring programmes across the DACH region.
In this role, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and offshore teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining data accuracy, supporting assessment centres, and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with agreed processes and service levels.
Key Accountabilities
Recruitment Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including requisition management, application screening, interview scheduling, assessment centre administration, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Support high-volume Early Careers hiring campaigns across graduate, intern, and apprentice programmes.
- Manage candidate communications in both German and English, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person assessment centres, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Support recruiters with candidate tracking, interview logistics, hiring documentation, and offer administration.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management - Build effective working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and internal teams.
- Respond to candidate and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with offshore and shared-service teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process and consistent service delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for recruitment coordination activities and candidate support.
Systems, Reporting & Compliance - Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates within ATS, recruitment systems, and tracking tools.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are completed in accordance with compliance standards, data privacy requirements, and client processes.
- Support reporting activities by providing accurate recruitment data and hiring insights.
- Conduct quality checks and process validations to maintain service excellence and operational accuracy.
Operational Excellence - Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Support team workload management through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the achievement of recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and hiring targets.
Skills & Requirements
Must Have
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, campus hiring, or assessment centre activities.
- Understanding of Early Careers, Graduate, Internship, or Apprentice recruitment processes.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting recruitment within the DACH region.
- Experience using recruitment and assessment platforms such as TopScore or similar technologies.
- Experience coordinating virtual or in-person assessment centres.
- Exposure to RPO, shared-services, or offshore recruitment environments.
- Experience supporting graduate, intern, apprentice, or campus hiring programmes.
