The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter who enjoys combining end-to-end recruitment with proactive sourcing and wants to work within a fast-paced, international environment.
As part of the AMS Recruitment Team, you’ll partner with Renault, a global leader in the automotive and mobility sector, supporting recruitment primarily across the French market.
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of vacancies, with a strong focus on engineering and technical roles, including areas such as software, electrical and battery engineering. Previous experience recruiting within automotive or engineering is not essential; however, exposure to technical or technology recruitment would be a strong advantage.
A significant part of the role will involve proactive sourcing. You’ll use your knowledge of the French talent market and sourcing expertise to identify both active and passive candidates, build strong talent pipelines and ensure Hiring Managers have access to high-quality talent.
You’ll also act as a trusted recruitment partner to Hiring Managers, providing market insight, managing expectations and constructively challenging requirements where needed.
