The Role

We are currently building a talent pipeline for a future opportunity for a French-speaking Team Leader - Early Careers & Campus to join our Early Careers recruitment team in Poland on a 6-month project assignment.

In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring the successful delivery of campus and early careers recruitment programmes while driving exceptional service for candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in coaching and developing the team, overseeing recruitment delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with service levels and operational standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader who is passionate about developing talent, delivering recruitment excellence, and creating outstanding candidate experiences.

Key Accountabilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve recruitment goals and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and development discussions.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and career development initiatives.
  • Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and resource planning to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Act as an escalation point for recruitment challenges and provide guidance on complex hiring situations.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Ensure recruitment activities are delivered in line with agreed client SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Oversee the end-to-end early careers and campus recruitment process, from attraction and assessment through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Support hiring managers in decision-making, candidate selection, and offer processes.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process enhancements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights, recruitment expertise, and strategic guidance on talent attraction and hiring approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and regional delivery centres to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Participate in governance meetings, reporting activities, and stakeholder reviews.

Data, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment systems, ATS records, and reporting data are maintained accurately and in real time.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, funnel performance, and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant employment legislation, client requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate recruitment and operational risks where appropriate.
  • Support reporting requests and recruitment analytics for leadership teams.

 

Skills & Requirements

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams within an RPO, agency, in-house, or talent acquisition environment.
  • Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment programmes, ideally within Early Careers, Campus Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment, or Emerging Talent.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and partnering with senior hiring managers.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment professionals.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment delivery, workforce planning, and candidate management processes.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, and recruitment technologies.
