The Role

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with German for Carrier account who brings strong capability in end‑to‑end recruitment delivery and stakeholder partnership, and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results. You’ll work closely with hiring managers within the engineering sector, shaping recruitment outcomes through expertise, insight and collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Use your relationship‑building skills to create and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services and advising on timelines, processes and outcomes
• Apply your consulting skills to lead vacancy consultations, agreeing role requirements, sourcing strategies, DEI considerations, pay ranges, timelines and selection processes
• Use your sourcing expertise to manage incoming applications and proactively build high‑quality candidate pipelines through multiple channels
• Apply your market insight to inform attraction strategies aligned to hiring demand and talent availability
• Use your judgement and influencing skills to recommend best‑fit skills profiles and coach hiring managers on market realities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a smooth and positive client and candidate experience from interview through to start date
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, educating and guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle, promoting best practices and ensuring consistent understanding and adoption of recruitment processes.
• Support hiring managers with decision‑making and guide them through offer definition and approval
• Manage the offer process and use your closing skills to secure candidate acceptance
• Apply your planning skills to proactively manage future demand by facilitating demand‑planning discussions with client resourcing leads
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment delivery and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
• Use your compliance awareness to ensure recruitment activity aligns with relevant legislation and internal risk management frameworks, escalating risks where appropriate.

Skills & Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple roles
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Strength in stakeholder and client relationship management within a recruitment environment
• Ability to apply sourcing skills across web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching
• Familiarity with the German talent market and its dynamics
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment
• Strength in consulting and influencing skills to shape hiring decisions
• Experience recruiting within engineering or technical talent markets.
