As a Senior Recruiter, you will support client hiring managers in filling vacancies for a Public Sector Financial Client to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and value is generated for AMS. The role is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. You will be also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

  • Use your end‑to‑end recruitment expertise to deliver hiring outcomes for a Public Sector Financial Client.
  • Apply your consulting skills to guide hiring managers through hiring needs, priorities, and workforce planning discussions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define job requirements and manage expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and participate in validation meetings, providing data-driven hiring recommendations.
  • Conduct and support HR interviews, panel interviews, and competency-based interviews (CBIs).
  • Use your relationship‑building skills to facilitate interview and selection processes that support fair and effective hiring decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying best practice recruitment approaches.
  • Use your communication skills to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through regular updates and transparent engagement.
  • Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate systems, data and management information.
  • Deliver results against agreed service level agreements, KPIs, and team objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes within a structured, client‑focused environment.
  • Strength in stakeholder management, including the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling you to manage expectations and drive alignment.
  • Ability to priorities effectively and manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑changing environment.
