We’re expanding our AMS Poland Sourcing Talent Pool and are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists with multiple language skills (French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese). These roles support some of our most recognizable client accounts, giving you the opportunity to work closely with industry‑leading organizations and play a key role in shaping their talent strategies.

As a Lead Sourcing Specialist/ Principal Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll doing:

• Engaging with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions.
• Partner with recruiters to support sourcing efforts and ensure alignment with recruitment goals;
• Active Application Management: review, evaluate, and manage active applications for assigned roles;
• Proactively sourcing (identifying) candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites).
• Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
• Engaging, screening and qualifying candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists.
• Maintaining agreed service levels and targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Fluency in English and French/ German/ Spanish/ Dutch or Portuguese, both written and spoken is a must.
• Demonstrated ability in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
• Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring needs.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders, while building strong professional relationships.
• Ability to present information credibly to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
