The Role

At AMS, we're looking for a Recruiter with Turkish to join our Carrier team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, managing recruitment processes end-to-end, and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers, sourcing teams, and other stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process and achievement of service level commitments.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through offer and hire.
- Collaborate with sourcing and administration teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Lead vacancy consultations, agreeing recruitment strategies, timelines, and selection processes.
- Present and advise on high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Support hiring managers with interview feedback, hiring decisions, and offer recommendations.
- Monitor recruitment progress, identify potential challenges, and drive timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance within relevant systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing across the account.
Skills & Requirements
Must have:
- Previous recruitment experience within an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting abilities.
- English and Turkish fluency.
- Confidence to challenge, advise, and guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong prioritization and time management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in high-volume recruitment settings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a role with significant administrative responsibilities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Flexibility to operate in a 360 recruitment environment when required.
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment technologies.
- Recruitment experience on Turkish market
Nice to have:
- Experience working within an RPO environment.
- Knowledge of talent pooling, workforce planning, and market mapping.
- Additional language skills relevant to the client account.
- Experience working against recruitment SLAs and KPI targets.
