The Role

We're looking for a Talent Sourcer who enjoys connecting with people, learning about talent markets, and supporting hiring success. Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support sourcing activities.
- Identify and engage potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including professional networking platforms and social media.
- Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent for a range of roles and markets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations to assess suitability and interest.
- Leverage market insights, research, and data to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
- Create compelling candidate experiences through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Present candidate profiles and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure candidate and recruitment data is accurately maintained across recruitment systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to team success.
Skills & Requirements
Must Have
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence engaging with people through a variety of channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer service, sales, research, or a people-focused environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, or other recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent attraction strategies.
- Additional language skills and/or industry-specific knowledge.
