The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Team Leader - Early Careers and Campus who enjoys learning and values teamwork.

If you’re good at managing and leading a team of recruiters/administrators in various aspects of people management, coaching, and mentoring, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

  • Support recruiters and coordinators in achieving hiring goals and resolving recruitment issues.
  • Oversee recruitment activities to ensure quality hires and a positive candidate experience
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
  • Provide training, career development support, and team guidance.
  • Lead regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions.
  • Manage workload, staffing capacity, and leave planning to ensure productivity and coverage.
  • Deliver recruitment services according to client requirements and service standards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and define hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide recruitment expertise, market insights, and hiring guidance.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively address pipeline challenges.
  • Collaborate with delivery and support teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance targets and delivering results.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and working independently with clients and candidates.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Working knowledge on recruitment technology and platforms.
  • Ensure effective operational risk management practices are implemented and maintained for the aligned account(s).
  • Must be willing to work onsite 2x per month and support the EMEA shift schedule (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT).
