The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator Recruitment Administration who enjoys learning and values teamwork.
If you’re good at ad hoc administrative activities that support the recruitment delivery process, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification.
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., test or referral management, and ad hoc reporting or process review etc.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including
recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders. - Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the immediate team.
- Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in admin activities, particularly onboarding, document consolidation, background check initiation, and interview scheduling.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, with strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility – highly organized and efficient in multitasking.
- Self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Banking or financial industry experience is a plus but not a must-have for admin roles.
