The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Team Leader - Contingent Workforce Administration who enjoys learning and values teamwork.
If you’re good at overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to team performance, accuracy, and client satisfaction and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Key Accountabilities
- Service delivery. Take full responsibility for ensuring service delivery to the client by overseeing your team’s adherence to SLAs, KPIs, client requirements, and organizational standards, with a strong focus on compliance and operational efficiency.
- Drive team performance by monitoring KPIs and SLAs, providing guidance and resources to support operational goals, conducting performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Continuous improvement. Lead and support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes to boost efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop proactive relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and set clear expectations. Ensure open communication and transparency with clients through regular updates and the prompt resolution of concerns.
- Escalation point. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalations and addressing complex issues, ensuring efficient handling to minimize operational disruption.
- Team. Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge, fostering a learning environment that encourages continuous development and supports individual growth.
- Team performance. Take ownership of team performance, driving accountability and continuous improvement to meet KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards.
- Team collaboration. Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve common goals, including meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership role workforce management, operations, or program support role.
- Must have experience working with a contingent workforce.
- Strong understanding of contingent worker processes and lifecycle management.
- Experience with onboarding activities for new hires, contractors, or contingent workers is highly preferred.
- Experience with vetting, screening, or compliance processes for workers or candidates is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure a smooth onboarding and workforce management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite 2x a month.
