We are looking for a Coordinator - Early Careers & Campus who brings strong capability in recruitment coordination, stakeholder support, and process management and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results. You'll support large-scale graduate and internship hiring campaigns, helping to deliver a seamless candidate experience while ensuring recruitment activities are managed accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.
This is a temporary fixed-term opportunity providing support for peak Early Careers hiring activity from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026.
Key Accountabilities
- Use your organisational skills to coordinate recruitment activities including requisition management, application screening, online assessment administration, video interview coordination, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding support, referral tracking, and reporting.
- Apply your attention to detail to ensure recruitment data, candidate records, and system updates remain accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and wider recruitment teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality recruitment experience.
- Use your communication skills to respond to candidate and stakeholder queries and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support high-volume graduate and internship recruitment campaigns while maintaining quality, accuracy, and service levels.
- Apply your problem-solving skills to identify process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.
- Use your stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective working relationships across client and internal teams.
- Contribute to onboarding activities to help ensure candidates transition smoothly from offer acceptance through to start date.
- Use your quality-focused approach to perform process reviews, compliance checks, and validation activities to ensure recruitment standards are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, support workload distribution, and contribute to team success.
- Apply your process management skills to maintain operational documentation, work instructions, and recruitment procedures.
- Support reporting activities by leveraging your data management skills to provide accurate recruitment information and insights.

- Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination, administration, or operational support.
- Strength in managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams and functions.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn recruitment technologies quickly.
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines while maintaining service excellence.
- Strength in problem-solving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Commitment to delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
