The Role

What if your skills mattered more than your job title?

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Coordinator who brings strong capability in stakeholder partnership, recruitment process coordination, and candidate management, and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.

You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and vendors to help deliver an efficient, high-quality recruitment experience while continuing to build valuable skills across talent acquisition and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use your recruitment coordination and organisational skills to manage account-specific activities, including CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, candidate checklist management, offer administration, onboarding activities, and applicant tracking system updates.
  • Apply your attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Use your stakeholder partnering skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, candidates, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide timely support and guidance by managing day-to-day queries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Use your communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and updated on relevant recruitment processes and activities.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate and stakeholder experience through responsive service and effective issue resolution.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment operations by supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Demonstrate accountability for maintaining compliance with recruitment processes, policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.
  • Use your time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple activities while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and utilisation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder partnering and building effective working relationships across multiple teams and functions.
  • Strength in communication skills, including the ability to provide clear updates, manage queries, and support positive stakeholder experiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven attention to detail and commitment to delivering high levels of quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements consistently.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment or administrative activities that require managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team success.
  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability when managing changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering service excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
