AMS partnered with Talent Board to conduct a comprehensive global survey to understand what TA teams are doing to overcome the current challenges they are facing within the high-volume hiring talent landscape. Our joint research study gathered insights from over 200 recruiting and talent acquisition professionals to understand the greatest challenges are they are faced with during this difficult moment in time – how they compare to a year ago, and what they are doing to overcome such hurdles.
