NACE23 was the premier gathering for college career services and corporate recruiting professionals to learn about leading practices and trends, engage with globally recognized subject matter experts, and to network and connect with each other. NACE23 attracted more than 1,800 highly engaged, career services and university relations and recruiting professionals. This in-person conference from June 5-7, 2023, provided three days of preconference workshops, in-person networking, engaging content sessions, and interactive learning experiences.
AMS was delighted to have exhibited this year and hosted a speaking session in partnership with Rolls Royce.
During our session, attendees learned how Rolls Royce, a 119-year-old global manufacturing company, undertook a massive, complex recruitment optimalization redesign to fundamentally alter the candidate attraction process to create measurable outcomes in funnel, acceptance, and DEI outcomes resulting in double-digit increases in every target candidate and stakeholder metric. Our session covered how to Identify key areas to focus on when contemplating organizational redesign, with examples and lessons learned with a focus on maximizing stakeholder buy-in early on.
