We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who brings strong capability in identify, engage, and assess high-caliber talent while partnering closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to build robust talent pipelines for Wealth Management Club Concierge team and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.

 

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Talent Sourcing

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across a variety of channels.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, talent communities, and market research to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify potential candidate pools and hiring trends.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Assessment & Talent Discovery

  • Conduct detailed screening conversations to evaluate candidate experience, potential, motivations, and long-term career goals.
  • Look beyond resumes and job titles to identify transferable skills and high-potential talent.
  • Uncover information that may not be immediately apparent through traditional screening methods.
  • Assess candidate fit against technical requirements, business needs, and organizational culture.
  • Identify strong candidates who may otherwise be overlooked by conventional recruiting methods.

Candidate Engagement & Coaching

  • Engage passive candidates and build meaningful relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Educate and coach candidates on opportunities, market trends, and hiring processes.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through each stage of the recruitment journey.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs, target profiles, and market challenges.
  • Provide talent market insights and recommendations to support recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure quality candidate delivery and strong hiring outcomes.

Pipeline & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
  • Stay on top of candidate engagement, follow-ups, and recruitment timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and sourcing best practices.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have:

  • 2-5 years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong candidate assessment and screening capabilities.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for specialized, niche, or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ability to uncover candidate motivations, career aspirations, and potential concerns through effective questioning.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify transferable skills and evaluate potential beyond a candidate's resume.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience sourcing within Financial Services sector.
  • Experience supporting highly specialized or client-facing business functions.

  • We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is USD 71200 - 93700 , plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
