The Role

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor embedded within the client environment, developing a deep understanding of business priorities, workforce plans, and talent challenges.
- Lead and coordinate strategic hiring campaigns and talent projects across the APAC region, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
- Drive workforce planning discussions and provide market insights and talent recommendations to support current and future hiring needs.
- Act as the central point of coordination across recruiters, sourcing teams, employer branding, HR, onboarding teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, implementing scalable solutions, and improving operational effectiveness across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, provide governance, and deliver regular updates, hiring metrics, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, influencing decisions and driving accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Support recruitment excellence through process standardisation, best practice implementation, knowledge sharing, and talent innovation initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, RPO, or Talent Advisory experience.
- Proven success leading recruitment projects, workforce planning initiatives, strategic hiring campaigns, or large-scale talent programs.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of APAC talent markets and regional hiring landscapes.

Ability and willingness to work onsite at the client's office 2 to 3 days per week as part of a highly collaborative partnership model.
- Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Industrial, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
