The Role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist - Talent Sourcing to support hiring across Digital and Technology functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality candidates for both niche and volume hiring requirements.

This role requires a proactive sourcing professional with a strong understanding of technology talent markets and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple technology requisitions.
• Handle approximately 10 active requisitions simultaneously, balancing niche and volume hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technology talent.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and initial qualification discussions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels to identify passive and active candidates.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor mapping to support hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.

Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing/recruitment with a focus on Digital & IT hiring.
• Hands-on sourcing experience across IT Infrastructure, ERP, AI/ML, Cloud, and Integration technologies.
• Proven track record in both niche and high-volume hiring.
• Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience hiring for Technology, IT Services, Digital Consulting, Product, or Engineering organizations.
• Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or enterprise technology hiring.
• RPO or global recruitment experience preferred.
