The Role

At AMS, we're looking for a Recruiter to support our partnership with Deutsche Bank, managing end-to-end recruitment across banking functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines and SLAs.

 

Working collaboratively with sourcing and operations teams, you'll drive an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, provide market insights, and ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach, and experience recruiting within a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring all hiring activities meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets.
  • Partner with sourcing teams and hiring managers to develop effective attraction strategies based on market conditions and hiring needs.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing to offer acceptance.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines, analyze funnel metrics, and proactively address bottlenecks to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate ATS/CRM data management, reporting integrity, and compliance with client, legal, and AMS requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, talent pooling, workforce planning, and risk management while supporting overall account growth and success.

 

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience within the banking industry is required, preferably across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and/or Private Banking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with 3-4 days per week onsite.
