The Role

This is a 5-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity.

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Florida, Ohio, Texas, or Georgia. Candidates must reside in one of these approved locations.

Salary range (USD): $71,000 – $91,000 per year.

Key Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Act as a Trusted Adviser

  • Build strong partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Lead recruiting discussions and be recognised as a thought leader in sourcing strategy.

  • Partner with sourcing and talent intelligence experts to develop effective strategies, using market insights to influence hiring outcomes from the start of the process.

  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with accurate, complete information and clear recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.

  • Share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, recommending adjustments to recruitment strategies (e.g., alternative locations, talent pools, job description updates).

Attract, Source & Engage High-Calibre Talent

  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and ongoing professional development to help clients hire top talent, including passive candidates.

  • Create and post compelling, accurate job adverts that strengthen the client brand and attract strong applicants.

  • Develop sourcing strategies using appropriate channels (e.g., LinkedIn, social media), adopting a proactive search approach for niche and specialist roles.

  • Use data to measure sourcing effectiveness, continuously refine strategies, and share successes and insights.

  • Engage candidates professionally across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone), regularly headhunting specialist talent.

  • Gain insight into candidate skills, motivations, and career aspirations to inform selection decisions.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and build long-term talent pools.

  • Present candidates accurately and compellingly to clients, advocating for diverse and bias-free selection processes.

  • Track progress, performance, and data in relevant systems.

  • Ensure candidates feel supported and informed throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Build lasting relationships so candidates become long-term advocates, regardless of hiring outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

What you need to have to be successful:

  • Strong corporate recruitment experience, covering roles senior and director-level positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience within the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience working toward and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within a fast-paced, client-driven recruitment environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid experience conducting candidate screening and interviews across a variety of role types and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial engagement through offer and onboarding.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, direct sourcing, and other recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships and influence hiring decisions at multiple levels.
  • Proven ability to advise and influence stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment guidance to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency with recruitment technology, databases, ATS platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with remote and geographically distributed teams.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to recruitment activities, including non-discrimination, contractor compliance, and other applicable considerations.
