The challenge

After years of using the Taleo ATS, Solairus was advised that Oracle was sunsetting the legacy Taleo platform within five months. Solairus had to either migrate to Oracle’s new system or pivot to an entirely new ATS. They faced several challenges:
  • Compressed timeline of less than five months to evaluate, select, and implement a new ATS
  • Complex data migration involving 30,000+ candidate records and interview notes, and historical offer letters that must be archived for compliance and reference
  • High-volume hiring with some roles receiving up to 800 applicants
