Solairus Aviation, one of the largest private aircraft management companies in the US, faced an unexpected talent acquisition challenge when Oracle announced the sunset of Taleo, their legacy Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Although they had less than five months to select and transition to a new ATS, Solairus saw this as an opportunity to modernize their TA infrastructure and elevate their hiring experience.
Given their need for a solution that could scale with precision and speed, Solairus selected iCIMS as their new ATS platform. AMS was chosen as the iCIMS implementation partner, responsible for guiding the Solairus team through system configuration, data migration, driving user adoption, and optimizing operations post-launch.
