Delta Airlines Teams Up with AMS to Take Flight Attendant Hiring on the Road

March 17, 2023

Delta, named one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work” for the seventh year, is planning to hire between 4,000-6,000 flight attendants in 2023. To meet this target, they decided to take their hiring on the road. This is the first time Delta has taken its hiring process on the road, providing locals with a unique opportunity to engage with the team outside of Atlanta. Information sessions for aspiring flight attendants will be hosted in Tennessee, Minnesota, and Florida  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the role, lifestyle, travel opportunities, work schedules, application process, benefits, and perks offered to Delta employees.

Given this being a first for Delta, they partnered with the AMS Technology Advisory team to provide expert talent acquisition project management and program governance, which includes coordinating logistics and documenting the new process. The AMS team is proud to have partnered with Delta to establish a new approach to their flight attendant hiring.
