In addition to his technical expertise, he also has a deep understanding of business intelligence and analytics, which allows him to design solutions that provide holistic support to TA teams.Prior to joining AMS, Luke had over a decade of experience in the talent acquisition industry. He began his career in talent acquisition as a sourcer, scouting for potential candidates in various regions around the world. He then progressed to business analysis and talent technology enablement roles where he had a strong track record of success in developing and implementing technology-driven strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
