AMS is proud to share our next DEIB Annual Impact Report covering progress over 2024.

Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) is unwavering and our global DEIB strategy remains intact, no matter the external environment. 

This is our fourth year of reporting, where we take a look back at our impact over 2024 as a result of bold action, including our Social Impact.

Key highlights of 2024 include:

  • Progressing our Ethnicity Action Plan to improve ethnicity representation in our global leadership to 17% at the end of 2024 (up from 4% in 2020)
  • Rising up to #12 in the Social Mobility Foundation Employer Index (up from 39th place)
  • Completing our flagship EmBue development programme in the UK&I for mid-career level ethnically underrepresented colleagues
  • Our Alliance roadshow introducing our partners to clients across the UK
  • Our boldest and most successful DEIB Week to date
