The Role
The Principal Talent Sourcer is responsible for end-to-end sourcing and candidate screening, with a strong emphasis on identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality talent pipelines while also supporting high-volume hiring initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
We are seeking a highly proactive and ownership-driven sourcing professional with strong experience in passive candidate identification and engagement, preferably within the Lithuanian market. Expertise in sourcing across Finance, Information Technology, and Corporate Functions such as HR, Marketing, and related disciplines is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage both niche and volume hiring requirements, build and maintain robust talent pipelines, and effectively engage passive candidates across multiple functions and geographies. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, market-mapping capabilities, and a consultative approach to talent attraction.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as a Trusted Adviser by partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies across Shared Services and Global Hub functions, including Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, and other Corporate functions, while demonstrating strong ownership and proactive management of hiring demand across multiple business areas.
- Leverage strong passive search expertise, preferably within the Lithuanian market, to identify, engage, and attract top talent across Finance, IT, and Corporate functions. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and competitive landscape analysis to support hiring decisions across the EMEA region, serving as a strategic sourcing partner for both complex and high-volume recruitment requirements.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and candidate screening activities, with a strong capability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns while effectively identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive talent for both niche and volume-driven roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that simultaneously support specialist hiring requirements and large-scale recruitment initiatives, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent.
- Ensure high-quality candidate assessment, screening, and shortlisting aligned to role requirements. Take full accountability for sourcing delivery, pipeline creation, candidate engagement, and stakeholder communication while successfully managing multiple hiring streams.
- Drive proactive talent mapping and market research activities to identify emerging talent pools, strengthen succession pipelines, and support workforce planning initiatives across functions and geographies.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate screening, with a proven track record of delivering against both niche and high-volume hiring requirements.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across Finance, IT, and Corporate Functions (including HR, Marketing, and related disciplines), with deep expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and passive talent engagement.
- Strong passive search and talent attraction capabilities, preferably with experience in the Lithuanian market, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and convert top talent.
- Highly proactive and ownership-driven, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities, hiring demands, and regional market dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions, build talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across multiple functions and geographies.
