Our recruitment process can vary, depending on the number of required stages and the level of the role, but it generally takes no longer than one month.

How can I prepare for an interview?

It’s always good to give yourself some background knowledge by researching AMS and, if applicable, our client. Carefully read the job description and be ready to discuss how your skills and experience link to the role. Practice answering common interview questions and prepare a few to ask the interviewer too. The first week is dedicated to immersing you in AMS culture, providing the flexibility and resources to adjust at your own speed. Your onboarding will be enriched through support and team integration, with several theoretical and practical trainings also offered.
