Rosaleen Blair CBE

Founder and Chair of the Board, AMS

Rosaleen is a passionate entrepreneur and business leader. She is the Founder and Chair of AMS, a pioneer in the global workforce solutions industry. She created the company in 1996 with the ambition of transforming the way that blue-chip multinationals attract, engage and retain top talent. She served as CEO for 23 years, leading the business through significant geographic and revenue growth, four private equity relationships and a global economic crisis. In 2019, she moved up to the role of Chair of AMS, a position she continues to hold today. Outside of AMS, Rosaleen is an investor and mentor to several entrepreneurs and growth businesses as well as being Chair of FTSE 250 company Kainos Group, NED of BGF and Board member of Endeavor Ireland. She is involved in numerous not-for profit initiatives including Chair of the London Irish Centre and is a longstanding patron of the King’s Trust Women Supporting Women initiative. Rosaleen’s achievements over her career have been widely recognized with several awards including Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year in 2007 and EY London Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006. In the 2017 New Years Honours, Rosaleen was awarded a CBE and in 2023 she received an honorary doctorate of philosophy from DCU for her contribution to entrepreneurship, education and gender equality.
Tim Campbell MBE

Strategic Social Mobility Advisor

Tim Campbell MBE is a British entrepreneur and TV personality who champions social mobility through his work with the Bright Ideas Trust, which provides support for young entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds. Known for winning the first series of The Apprentice, he later became Lord Sugar’s aide, where he advises on business and inclusivity. His advocacy for social mobility extends to advising the government and working on initiatives to create opportunities in education and business for underserved communities.
