Tim Campbell MBE is a British entrepreneur and TV personality who champions social mobility through his work with the Bright Ideas Trust, which provides support for young entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds. Known for winning the first series of The Apprentice, he later became Lord Sugar’s aide, where he advises on business and inclusivity. His advocacy for social mobility extends to advising the government and working on initiatives to create opportunities in education and business for underserved communities.

Steve is responsible for managing the Bank’s procurement and vendor management processes globally. Steve joined Deutsche Bank in 2003 and has spent 10 years working in procurement, including roles as Head of Third-Party Management and Chief Operating Officer for the function. Prior to this he also held roles in Finance and Risk. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was an investment writer, editor, and financial journalist.

Rosaleen is a passionate entrepreneur and business leader. She is the Founder and Chair of AMS, a pioneer in the global workforce solutions industry. She created the company in 1996 with the ambition of transforming the way that blue-chip multinationals attract, engage and retain top talent. She served as CEO for 23 years, leading the business through significant geographic and revenue growth, four private equity relationships and a global economic crisis. In 2019, she moved up to the role of Chair of AMS, a position she continues to hold today. Outside of AMS, Rosaleen is an investor and mentor to several entrepreneurs and growth businesses as well as being Chair of FTSE 250 company Kainos Group, NED of BGF and Board member of Endeavor Ireland. She is involved in numerous not-for profit initiatives including Chair of the London Irish Centre and is a longstanding patron of the King’s Trust Women Supporting Women initiative. Rosaleen’s achievements over her career have been widely recognized with several awards including Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year in 2007 and EY London Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006. In the 2017 New Years Honours, Rosaleen was awarded a CBE and in 2023 she received an honorary doctorate of philosophy from DCU for her contribution to entrepreneurship, education and gender equality.

Lisa Witney is Global Head of People Experience and Sustainable Culture and has been at Deutsche Bank for more than 17 years. During this time she has had various roles spanning strategy, transformation and organisational change. In her current role, Lisa leads the bank’s global culture and inclusion agenda, partnering with senior leaders to shape a more inclusive, high-performing organisation and embed behaviours that support sustainable business success.

Jenny is Chief Executive of The Bridge Group, an independent research and advisory charity that promotes socio-economic inclusion through evidence, insight and collaboration. Jenny holds overall responsibility for strategy, compliance and resources and also contributes to the charity’s research programmes and advisory work. Jenny is a highly respected leader in socio-economic inclusion and brings extensive experience in advancing change to realise social impact. Jenny advises major organisations on socio-economic inclusion best practices, spanning work with the public, corporate and charity sectors and plays a key role in shaping engagement with policymakers, regulators and industry bodies. She joined The Bridge Group from KPMG UK, where she was formerly Head of Social Mobility and then Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity. At KPMG, Jenny oversaw one of the most progressive, evidence-led approaches to socio-economic inclusion in the UK.

Dr Joanne Conway is the founder of Joanne Conway Consulting and creator of the “Rules of the Game” framework, developed to close the gap between formal career structures and the unwritten rules that actually shape progression. Her own working-class route into professional services first drew her attention to how much career success depends on unwritten rules. Her doctoral research at Cranfield School of Management used repertory grid technique to analyse 309 constructs from 45 senior partners across global law and accountancy firms, producing her signature “if vs when” insight: it is not whether people learn the rules of the game, but when. She spent two decades in professional services, including finance and culture, and now works with major firms to understand why some people progress faster than others, and what to do about it. Joanne built this practice for the brilliant people who shouldn’t have to work twice as hard to be seen and for the organisations smart enough to stop losing them. She is a Research Fellow at the Bridge Group and a Strategic Advisor to the 93% Club.

Daniel Wilsher is an award winning TEDx speaker, founder of LifeX, and Finalist of Channel4’s show ‘The Piano’. Starting his journey as the UK’s youngest full time public speaker, he’s now spoken to over 80,000+ people live, trained 9000+ teachers, worked with the likes of META, Jaguar Land Rover, Structure Tone, Clifford Chance, BT and The Ministry of Justice, shared his story and his music to 5,000,000 people on TV, completed a tour across education delivering 100 talks in 20 days across 63 schools impacting 25,000 students, and has saved a few lives along the way. When Daniel was just 9, he experienced the suicide of his father which had a profound impact on his own journey, and mental health. From failing university to failed businesses to finding his purpose – to be the voice he wish he had when he was younger. It’s been his mission since to not let that event define his future, learning about ways he can better connect with himself and the world around him in order to craft a new version of himself, and to be of service to those who he works with.
