Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

As organisations compete for talent, social mobility has become more than a social issue—it’s a business imperative.

Join AMS and Deutsche Bank for a breakfast summit exploring how organisations can unlock untapped talent, remove barriers to opportunity and create workplaces where people can thrive, regardless of background.

From social mobility and workforce strategy to the impact of AI, we’ll examine what it takes to build a more inclusive and future-ready workforce.

Why Attend?

Join business leaders, talent professionals and social impact advocates to explore:

  • Breaking down systemic and cultural barriers in the workplace
  • Navigating the unwritten rules that influence career progression
  • The role of storytelling and visible role models in reducing imposter syndrome
  • Future skills and career pathways for underrepresented groups
  • How AI could either widen inequalities or become a powerful leveller

Rt Hon. Justine Greening, in Conversation with Tim Campbell MBE

We’re delighted to welcome Rt Hon. Justine Greening for an exclusive fireside chat exploring social mobility, fair opportunity and the future of work.

A former UK Cabinet Minister who served as Transport Secretary, International Development Secretary and Education Secretary, Justine has been a leading advocate for Social Mobility throughout her career. As Education Secretary, she placed Social Mobility at the heart of government strategy, introducing the Social Mobility Action Plan, Opportunity Areas and the Early Careers Framework, while also championing Gender Pay Gap reporting.

Since leaving government, Justine has focused on driving change through the Social Mobility Pledge and the Purpose Coalition, bringing together employers, education providers and civil society organisations to advance equity and equality of opportunity. As founder of the UK’s largest Social Mobility campaign, she brings a unique perspective on leadership, opportunity and the collective action needed to create a fairer future for all.
