Nicky has worked in the recruitment industry for 20+ years and is responsible for our staff, growth, and clients in the Americas region. Through operational excellence and a great candidate experience, Nicky and her team enable our clients to attract and retain the best talent.
She is responsible for supporting AMS in attracting top talent, enabling our people to realize their potential through career pathways, thereby ensuring our clients have the best possible support. As a member of ExCo, Nicky is the global sponsor for our Ethnicity Board and is a key advocate in embedding inclusion in our workforce.
Prior to joining AMS 12.5+ years ago, Nicky’s experiences included consulting for several multi-national corporations on Executive Recruitment, Assessment, Employer Branding and TA Technology.
