Nicky is our Chief Growth Officer leading all new logo sales and significant partnership expansions globally. As a member of ExCo, Nicky has worked in a leadership capacity within the organisation since 2010, holding a number of different roles including, most recently, Managing Director for the Americas. Today she is accountable for our growth and insight strategy covering regional sales, sector directors, global marketing, growth operations and bid management teams. In addition, Nicky is the global sponsor for our Ethnicity Board and is a key advocate in embedding inclusion in our workforce. Prior to joining AMS 14 years ago, Nicky’s experiences included consulting for several multi-national corporations on Executive Recruitment, Assessment, Employer Branding and TA Technology.
