Gordon Stuart
Chief Executive Officer
Gordon was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2025. He has been leading the executive team at AMS since September 2024, having served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2022 and previously holding the role from 2008 to 2011. He is passionate about AMS’s business success, innovative tech strategy and service delivery for clients.
He has over 25 years of experience leading financial organizations at global companies including Dell, London Bridge Software, Xansa, TMF Group and Unit4. His early career was in management consulting at McKinsey & Co. As a global leader, Gordon has worked across many geographies in both publicly and privately-owned companies and has extensive experience in leading transformation programmes, international expansion, development and implementation of corporate strategy, and M&A.
In addition to his AMS role, Gordon also chairs the audit committee and serves on the board of directors for RWS plc, the global leader in content management and language translation software and services.
Gordon holds a B.Sc in Metallurgy from Strathclyde University and is a Fellow of the ICAEW.
