Our AI Governance Roadmap 

The AI Governance roadmap at AMS is a considered strategy that outlines the key tasks and milestones from its origin in 2023 through 2026 and beyond. The roadmap contains critical components that contribute to the wider objective: to be the world’s leading technology-enabled talent outsourcing and consulting company. 

1. AI Policies and Inventory: Establishing comprehensive AI policies and maintaining an inventory of AI records, technologies, and client policies are foundational steps. This ensures that all AI activities are documented and aligned with our client policies, and the AMS governance standards 
2. Training, Communications and Awareness: A robust training program is essential to raise awareness and educate AMS team members about AI governance. This includes regular updates and training sessions to keep everyone informed about the latest developments and best practices 
3. AI Processes and Procedures: Implementing standardized processes and procedures for AI risk assessment, incident management and compliance monitoring is crucial. This includes conducting AI risk assessments, monitoring AI laws and regulations, and managing AI incidents effectively 
4. Technology Implementation: Leveraging technology to support AI governance processes and procedures is a key focus. This involves deploying tools and platforms that facilitate compliance and governance activities 
5. Skills and Capabilities Assessment: Regularly assessing the skills and capabilities of the AMS team ensures that the organization has the expertise needed to manage AI governance effectively 

Current Initiatives 

AMS has already made significant progress in several areas of AI governance: 

• Ethical AI in Talent Acquisition Board: The establishment of the Ethical AI in Talent Acquisition Board is a major milestone. This board provides thought leadership and expert guidance on the ethical application of AI in talent acquisition and consulting 

• AI Risk Assessment: AMS has developed a comprehensive AI risk assessment procedure to evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with AI technologies. This includes compliance with the EU AI Act and other relevant regulations 

• AI Governance Office: The creation of an AI Governance Office ensures that all AI-related activities are monitored and managed effectively. This office interacts with various stakeholders, including the AI Risk Committee and the AMS Privacy Office, to ensure a coordinated approach to AI governance
