With over 19 years’ experience at AMS, Tara is Managing Director, Client Services and Commercial Lead APAC. She is responsible for supporting our enterprise clients in the APAC region including HSBC, PwC and Toll Group.Prior to this Tara was the Director of Operations and Solution Design – APAC and Emerging Markets. In this role, Tara was accountable for managing our two regional service centres in Manila and Shanghai, whilst also working with our clients to design, architect and implement bold, distinctive and practical RPO/MSP/blended workforce solutions to support their talent acquisition needs. Among other AMS roles, she previously supported a blended RPO/MSP solution forOrigin Energy as Client Relationship Director and served as Head of Projects and Consulting within AMS for APAC including business process consulting, implementation, technology, business intelligence and talent management.Prior to joining AMS, Tara was a procurement professional working for blue chip organisations such as Prudential, Fairfax and BHP where she was responsible for all aspects of strategic sourcing and contract management including tender management, contract and commercial negotiations and supplier management and development. Tara has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of International Business.
