Katrina Miranda is a Performance Manager for AMS in the Centre of Excellence Administration function. Her remit includes financial planning, monitoring and analysing the delivery of key assigned client accounts against agreed performance metrics to optimise financial and operational performance, drive continuous improvement of service delivery, and working closely with the Regional Directors of Administration/ Senior Manager, Recruitment Administration and other Function leaders to enable efficiencies, innovation and decision making leading to operational excellence.
With 10+ years of solid experience with the end-to-end recruitment process, including proactive and ad response sourcing for volume and specialist hiring; interview scheduling, onboarding, offer generation, reference checks and pre-employment screening for both permanent and contingent hires. Supported performance management, implementation, sourcing and permanent and contingent administration teams hiring for retail and investment banking, aviation, pharma and life sciences, and engineering clients at all levels across Asia Pacific, the UK, and North America.
