Judy leads the global DEI Advisory practice for AMS, which includes supporting clients across sectors and geographies in the development and implementation of DEI strategy and solutions. She has delivered end-to-end diversity recruitment diagnostics for organizations including Barclays and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She has also facilitated training for companies including MUFG and Delta to upskill hiring managers and TA teams on inclusive hiring, unconscious bias and interviewing skills. Prior to joining AMS, Judy’s 20-year career included HR & Corporate Communications roles at P&G and founding two Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultancies.
