Ewelina Wieczorek is a Senior Performance manager for AMS in the Centre if Excellence Administration, currently responsible for multiple clients with India based headcount. She has 18 years + experience on the organization including sourcing and recruitment teams, administrative teams as team leader and manger. Ewelina moved into performance stream in 2015 and since then her main areas of focus performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting. In her role Ewelina collaborates closely with  multiple senior stakeholders across different functions including – Operations, Solution Design, Implementation and Finance.
