Alicja Puch is the Director, Implementations, Learning & Change at AMS, leading strategic initiatives that drive service and operational excellence across the Recruitment Administration Centre of Excellence. She is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of administration services, including onboarding new clients and solutions, as well as transforming and optimising existing operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
With strong experience in global program and PMO leadership, Alicja has led complex, multi-region initiatives spanning new client implementations, technology deployment, performance optimisation, and service quality improvement. She plays a key role in shaping operating models, embedding performance frameworks, and ensuring services are scalable, efficient, and sustainable across teams and regions.
She places strong emphasis on the people side of transformation, championing learning, change management, and leadership enablement.
