CCPA/CPRA​

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively “CCPA”) gives California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to “third parties,” (as that term is defined in the CCPA). This may include AMS’ disclosure of your information with our clients for certain services. The opt-out right has certain exemptions, for example our sharing of information with necessary services providers will be unaffected, and an opt-out request will not affect AMS services where there is no “sale” of personal information.

If you are a California resident, you may exercise these rights by submitting your request to [email protected]. Please specially indicate that you are exercising your right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. This will help us honor your request.
