Christoph serves as Chief Client Officer, Americas and brings over 20 years of experience in delivering transformative talent results for clients across the globe. Christoph has a key role in driving AMS’s growth in the Americas.

A native of Germany, Christoph joined LHH, Adecco Group’s talent solution brand,  in 2009 in Sydney, Australia.  He relocated to New York in 2013, holding sales and P&L leadership roles at LHH before joining its Executive Committee as Chief Sales Officer in 2018, resulting in market-leading growth and profitability and the best result in company history for two consecutive years.,

Christoph joined Pontoon in 2020, and shared his passion for igniting the potential of individuals and organizations. A forward-thinking change maker, Christoph will continue AMS’s journey as a market leader by drawing on his background in consulting and integrated HR solutions to build a holistic approach to total talent that goes beyond acquisition.
